They are a waste of money and time. Gaspari released 'halodrol', which was basically a tweaked version of some old school steroid (can't remember the name off hand, it was actually used by the germans in preparation for olympics many years ago). It was cool stuff, I actually have a journal / pics somewhere in here of my experience with it.

But, it was on the market for like 2 weeks before it was pulled. As soon as it was pulled, they released the 'halodrol liquigels', and sold a ton based off the reputation halodrol had. Unfortunately, there are no prohormones or anything special in the halodrol liquigels - they are just your typical, useless, run of the mill herbal test product. They are not the same, by any means, as the original halodrols were.
