I am 5'7.5 and 200 lbs.
This cut is based on the percentages from the sticky from Built.
I will be using the Baby Got Back 4 day split routine.
My Maintenence according to the average of several online calculators is about 2500-2600.
It looks like so:
Lifting/HIIT 2200 calories(Lifting M,T,TH,F HIIT W,S):
37% protein, 203g
36.5% fat, 89g
26%.5 carbs, 145g
M1:
Protein- 35g
Fat- 22g
Carbs- 7g
M2:
Protein- 35g
Fat- 22g
Carbs- 7g
PreWorkout:
Protein- 35g
Carbs- 56g
PostWorkout:
Protein- 35g

M5:
Protein- 35g
Fat- 22g

M6:

Each meal is about the average I'd like to get. The harder part would be mixing and matching foods to get be the desired amount in each meal, obviously. Does this look like it's a good plan thus far? Please any suggestions at all would be great.
Off day 1900 Calories(Sunday)
33% protein, 156g
52% fat, 110g
15% carbs, 71g
