I'm reading through WBB diet articles as we speak.

Stilll...anyone know if one should change their diet on workout days vs. non-workout days?

The first obvious change would be to eliminate the post-workout shake and replace it with a meal.

Do we change the # of calories between these two days?

my bad - i'm bulking until i hit 1045 on my big 3 (see sig) :)

btw - i have to eat about 4,000 cals on my bulk. I currently weigh 215. Maintanence cals are about 3,500.

I wouldnt worry too much while bulking but while cutting i watch carbs, trying to have most them pre and post workout which obviously ups the calories on workout days which makes sense as more calories are burned while undergoing any type of physical exertion
