im gonna start a journal soo i can ceep track of what im doin, and hopfully get some helpfull tips for members. ill be putting my diet up dailyyy.
Ive bin liftin for a about 2 years, im about 175 6'4, and play hockey alot. i also fight mma, and train in that as mutch as i lift so im having a hard time gaining waight. thats about it! :ninja:
