Hi,
I have a question on how many servings of protien drink i need a week to be efficient/effective.
the local supplements guy mentioned that i should only take muscle milk as a recovery drink only on the days that i work out? does that make sense?
I've heard of people taking up to 5 a day? which i think is eccessive ... but then again i don't know that much about fitness supplementation.
the local supplements guys mentioned that muscle milk is good because it also has fat burners. if you don't suggest muscle milk --- what do you suggest??
any advice is appreciated

It should just be used to supplement your natural protein intake when you can't get in real food. What does your diet look like?

7:00 Cereal for breakfast or almond butter and toast
10:00 fruit
12:00 Pasta/rice dish or grilled chicken breat/steak with some salad

What are those macros? That looks like 1200 calories. Where is your pre-bed meal? Where is the protein in meals 3/5. Where are the fats?

i want to replace my 10am and 3pm meals with protien shakes?
I'm not afraid of getting big but i am afraid of getting fat.
isn't it bad to eat before going to sleep?
can you prehaps give me a suggestion on what would be good?
I hear that 1 gram per pound is the general formula is this true?
I see from your picture that you know what you're doing..
any advice is appreciated

Frank

First off, you shouldn't be replacing those meals with a protein shake, you should be adding a protein shake ON TOP of those meals.
second, its bad to eat crap before bed, but putting food in that is gonna keep your body going for as long as possible while you are sleeping is good. Many people eat cottage cheese and natural peanut butter before bed. Not a ton of course.
