Hello,
After a summer filled with some injury (heartache and physical), I am finally geared up to get lifting again.
I plan to do WBB 1.1 + about 20 minutes of HIIT on Wednesdays, as I'd like to get in better cardiovascular shape.
In terms of my diet/nutrition as it relates to my goals, I'd like to gain approximately 20 pounds, and then cut 10 of that when done bulking.
My current vitals are:
6', 182-4 pounds; I believe this should put my maintenance at ~2500.
My FitDay account is setup, and I plan to use it daily.
How many calories should I be aiming to consume each day, and what should the breakdown (roughly) be between carbs/fats/protein?
