Just wanted opinions on Fitday break down. I used to eat just subway, but have been able to buy whole foods lately, so have been eating that. Here is todays as an example.

Carbs: 148 547 20%
Fiber: 11 0 0%
Protein: 358 1430 52%
Alcohol: 0 0 0%

Most of the carbs are from a sandwhich I usually have during the day (2 slices of wheat bread and 2 slices of american cheese). I also take vitamins everyday and fiber.

I'm 190lbs, but a good amount of which is fat.
I'm trying to bulk as of right now.

Looks pretty good....the only thing I see is you could do with a little less saturated fat and a little more poly/mono fats...but it's hard to do, I know. Maybe add some walnuts or peanuts in as a snack somewhere.....
Is your fiber supplement included in the stats above? 'Cause your fiber is a bit low too....

Looks good though overall.

No, i don't add the vitamins i take, or the fiber. I forgot to buy cashews at the store this week, thanks for bringing that up. Are unsalted roasted ok? or should I go with raw?
