Hey everyone, its been a while but ima try to give this another shot. Ive been pretty busy, recently got back from overseas. Im not leaving again until january so i should have sometime on here. Ive been hittin the gym pretty decent. Ive been doing a lot of running and cardio related activity as well as trying to get into swimming. Got some plans im trying to figure out. Anyway i recently started an upper lower split on tuesdays and thursday then my swimming/running on mon wenes fri. Im currently holding it down at 5'7 180 or so about 10 % bf. Hope to see some of my old compatriots, like chub, ryu, getfit, stack, mase, coc, cphafner ect.

today was upper

Sitting cable rows
1/2 stackx8
3/4 stackx8
full stackx6x2 sets

Standing Shrugs-done with a little handle thing, not sure on the weight of apparatus, but slide free weights on each end. weights given are total weight of plates
270x6x2 sets

BB Bench Press

finished with 3 sets of some little gay overhead press machine.

Went light today just kinda getting acclimated. Im going to stay with low volume, lower days will just consist of squattin and a little pullin.

Nice benching man. Good on ya gettin back into it. I'm gonna be watching this video for some more hilarious stories aswell.

ohh my battalion went to kuwait and qatar, then before that we went to djibouti and kenya when all that **** with somalia was going down. Im going to fallujah in jan.

ok today i went for a 4 mile run, did about 30 minute calisthenic session, push ups pull ups abs all that jazz. tomorow ill throw down my leg session, breathing squats and some pullin hopefully. maybe some little cute calf raises or something. im goin out tonight so hopefully ill be sober for the workout.
