How soon do u eat before workout?

Depends on workout, calorie value of meal, macro breakdown of meal, workout duration, liquid or solid, and other factors.

Could you be a tad more specific?

In all honesty, the average resistance training program, for the average person. Does not need to put considerable thought into the pre lifting meal. Simply ensure there are no high GI carbs ingested within an hour of the lifting. Fat and fiber should be very limited to void. Carbs should be your main focus. They should be complex and generally a 2-1 ratio of carbs to protein.

An hour is about the "minimum" for a solid food meal that follows the above principles^.

Of course, it is a very "personal" thing. Some people can eat and lift without any dramatic affect on performance, or so they say. However, in clinical situations time and time again its shown it does have a negative impact.

Though there are many different and conflicting opionens on the subject. Mine changes with the most recent research.

It's uncomfortable for me to eat anyless then 1 hour before working out. I like for things to settle a bit.

I tried eating about an hour before and didnt have energy to finish workout then i tried eating 30min. before and i started cramping

If it has a macro breakdown like the one you should showed. I'm not surprised in the least.

I try to keep it within an hour of working out.
