Here's my take on my favorite fair food... one of the local bbq places makes this.

1/3 lb of boneless pork loin chops
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/8 cup diced onion
1/8 cup diced tomato
1/8 cup shredded lettuce
2 T KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce
2 T Low Fat Hidden Valley Ranch
1 Flour Tortilla

Grill up your pork loin to perfection (Foreman works fine) and place it on a warmed Flour Tortilla. Put the onion, tomato, lettuce, cheese on top... followed by the BBQ sauce and Ranch. Wrap it up and you got a nice lunch right there... delicious! Simple recipe I know but its sooo good :). Here's some stats for the above quantities of ingredients:

Total Calories: 760
Fat: 36 324 43%
Sat: 19 171 23%
Poly: 2 18 2%
Mono: 11 99 13%
Carbs: 47 188 25%
Fiber: 0 0 0%
Protein: 62 248 33%

Obviously with the onions, tomatos, lettuce, cheese, sauces you can put whatever amount to taste on... I just estimated how much I used.
