It's a complete waste of money. Overpriced is an understatement for this product. It's basically just arginine and dextrose (their super dooper long name for their arginine is irrelevant... MuscleTech always puts stupidly long names in their ingredients to make themselves feel special).

You can buy the ingredients separately and save yourself a boatload of money. MuscleTech is the most expensive supplement company out there and they can get away with it because of their brand name and flashy labeling and they prey on people that don't know any better.

And their ads don't hurt. Anyone want to do a fun exercise? Grab a bodybuilding magazine, any magazine (preferably something like muslcular development, flex, etc). Now, keep in mind muscletech makes the hydroxycut line as well as a couple other female diet pills. Go through the magazine, and count how many pages are muscle tech ads or muscletech sponsored articles.

When I worked at a supplement store we did this and it's shocking what % of the magazine is a muscletech ad. They may as well own the damn magazines lol. They can have the magazines say whatever they want about their products, as they pay more advertising cash to them than anyone (by a wide margin).

Regarding gakic, it is complete crap. Didn't even know they still made it. It was released in powder form, which was the most vile drink I've ever tasted in my life. I could probably down urine easier than I could gakic (the funny thing is, the smell isn't so bad, and neither is the first sip - then it hits, and you find it's the worst product you've ever tasted!). Then they put out the pill version. Either way, I've tried both, and they did absolutely nothing for me whatsoever.

In all honesty, just remember the old adage "if it seems too good to be true...". I'm pretty sure GAKIC claims it'll make you 10% stronger upon first usage. That should be enough right there to make you put it down! (btw, if you already bought/opened it, remember that if you have your receipt, lots of places will still take it back from you!)
