If you had done a search, the answer would be no. Don't buy the capsules. Just buy regular creatine monohydrate powder.

that's really not the case. Some people prefer to take pills, you can't argue that. Pills = powder for all intents and purposes, everyone has their own preferences, and some don't mind paying a surcharge to have their creatine capsuled.

creatine is creatine. Stay away from anything besides 'creatine monohydrate'. The tweaked forms (creatine ethyl ester, creatine super phosphate (lol), etc) cost a ton more, have ZERO science behind them having any superiorirty, and DO have research showing some of the tweaked forms to be LESS effective than monohydrate.
These rules apply whether it's powder in a bucket, or powder put into capsules, there's no difference.
(and btw, it's not really considered proper etiquette to start 2 threads on the same thing)

I don't know of any good brands. Haven't really bothered researching something that does the same thing as something that costs 20 times less.

Kid could've just inherited $20M for all we know :)
I'm pretty sure any reputable brand's creatine pills / capsules will be fine. Creapure seems to have a lot of respect (I don't think it's sold as 'creapure', but rather that creapure makes creatine mono for many companies).
But I'd be comfortable with any major store brand's, or any major name brands (like EAS, metrx, stuff like that. Most of the 'hot' brands are gonna have creatine pills, but they won't be mono, and that's what you want to get).
