How does anyone determine the nutritional info of egg whites ie how many cals etc they have. I typed it into the calorie counter on www.weightlossresources.co.uk and found this. Does it seem correct.

1 large egg white raw 40g
calories 20.6g
protein 4.4g
carb 0.1g
fat 0.2g

I think that's a little high, but close enough.

16 calories, 3.5 grams protein, .5 g carb per large egg white.

yea thats what i mean different sites giving different figures.I guess its close enough though.

someone posted a while back on here that the yolk has most of the protein...i always thought it was the white. can anyone confirm?
