With school starting and football, I'm finding it very hard to have time to do any bodyweight progressions. Would it be a good idea to do some static holds/and or push-up variations every morning when I first get up? Not only would I be getting some training and balance/strength work in, but I'd probably get the blood flowing and not be so dead tired during first set. I have hard classes this year.
