1 Gallon of water a day ( i dont need much im 150 lbs)I hope you realize that about 120 pounds of you is water. Many people are not as hydrated as they should be. And water is not...a supplement.

I usually cycle my water.

On a cereal level, your 'stack' is fine. Creatine, whey, multi. Just remember lots of food, sleep and hard work.

It seems solid, but is your diet in place? Nobody's joking when we say that if you're not eating enough total calories, it doesn't matter how much creatine or protein you're getting, or multis, etc. You seem to have a good basic 'stack' (lol they were joking about stack because 'stack' is used to refer to stacking steroids, not supplements. Maybe a year or two ago supplement companies started calling stuff 'stacks' to upsell customers). Based on what you've posted so far, that I've seen, I'm unsure if you've really got down what you need for fats/calories. I don't think you'll miss your protein/water/multi goals, but if your fat/carbs/total calories aren't where they need to be, you won't grow.

I weigh 145 now (5 less then i thought).
How many calories/fat/carbs total should i be taking in daily for quick results?

and 25$ for 1000G creatine mono

If you want a rough number off the top of my head, 3000k should be a starting point for calories, with 145g protein (580 calories). I weighed ~155 at the start of my last bulk and did ~3500 calories daily, but I'm probably on the higher calorie needs end of the spectrum (relative to bodyweight).
