im bulking



10:00Breakfast: Protein Shake,3 eggs,wholewheat toast/with PB,milk(2
glasses)

12:00meal 2- salami with cheese slice sanwhich(wholewheat bread),apple,milk(2glasses)

2:00meal 3(pre workout)- protein shake,apple

4:00-4:30meal 4-post workout- protein shake,ham sanwhich(wholewheat bread)

6:00-6:30-meal 5- w.e my mom makes for supper, chicken,beef etc with salad normally

8:30- meal 6- protein shake

then i normally wait until before bed, where i have a glass of milk and normally oatmeal(which is around 12-12:30)

what are you goals? Not much fat in there. Very light on carbs. Get rid of the salami and cheese sandwich.

well i just wanna gain as much muscle as possible right now not worrying about fat etc. awww i like salami and cheese :( lol how should i change it around, to get more of certain things? should i hav more fat?

If so eat some. Protein and Omega 3's
