hey guys, is there anything wrong with taking whey with luke warm milk? it mixes a million times faster but it wont disturb the ingredients will it? i know the optimum gold standard stuff i use has like enzymes to help digest it faster but i really doubt my milk is hot enough to denature them! and also can i mix my milk and whey and then drink it say 2 hours later? so i can make it before leaving the house then just shake again in the bottle and drink after my workout? i know u cant do that with creatine because it becomes creatinine....

Also i need a fat burner but my reason isnt i get hungry its just to see if i can up my metbolism slightly, even a slight increase in the rate of fat loss would be great... will it work or no? im doing everything else i can to increase it like small frequent meals and so fourth.

Milk shouldn't effect the whey. Whey is a product of dairy, btw.

I'm sure you could drink the shake a few hours after mixing it as long as you kept it refrigerated.

how can i keep it refridgerated while im in the gym lol? surely it will be ok to leave it mixed for 2 hours in a cool enviroment, and i was reffering to the heat, denaturing enzymes or proteins!?

well i don't remember how long it is, but there is a certain point where if its been mixed to long its not as affective (i'll try and find the article), but 2 hour old milk may be pretty warm/disgusting. why don't you just bring a small bag/bin of protein to the gym and your bottle and mix when you are ready, it will be better off probably.

also, they do make special shaker bottles that have insertable cores that you can put in the freezer and then put in the shaker bottle, they keep the drink cold for hours. only thing is the cost a lot more then the usual shaker bottle.

warm milk does sound really gross after the gym, also u work out for 2 hours? thats a long time. ive made shakes and left them for over 2 hours...it seemed fine but thats just taste wise. also, if u use water its the easiest because u just leave it as powder in the shaker to the gym. when u r done working out, just get water from the fountain. sooo the best way to do it

water and chocolate whey taste absolutely horrible! nah i only use warm milk during the day not after a workout! thats normally chilled milk, its just a lot quicker to mix! nah 2 hours is 15 mins getting to the gym 5 changed, 1 hour workout and a bit of cardio sometimes or messing about 2 hours was a general guideline.... i guess ill just take two bottles from now! cold milk + whey and mix!
