I thought I weighed 150, which people say is allready very low on here.
But, I weighed myslef in the morning and i weighed 143...

I wanna start a "bulk" diet.
How many grams of carbs/fat should I take In daily?
I was allready told to take in 2500-3000 calories daily and about 150+ G's protein. Sound good?

( i will be going to the gym regularly with intense workouts)

That sounds fine!
I was 140 exactly a year ago. I went up to 191 and than dropped down to 174 and was leaner than I was at 140 (im 5'11).

Good luck with the bulk! Remember, lots of complex carbs, healthy fats, and sleep. Youll do fine :)

Now that is what we should be hearing more of!

If your 140 lbs you need to gain, period.
BF went to 191lbs THEN decided it was time that he could cut some fat off.
Follow his experience.

Well, I'm not a particular lover of carbohydrates. I'd suggest trying and getting 225 grams of protein in a day. That's approximately 1000 calories. And then you should get around 50-60 grams of good fats in your diet. And then the rest could come from carbs.
