So I'm bulking, and after my workout today me and my wife are out and about. I had no opportunity to go home and get my PWO shakes. She wanted Sonic. I wanted to EAT.

I selected the SuperSonic Jalapeno Cheeseburger, intentionally looking for something high in calories. But I was shocked to find out it's values when I got home:
