so it's 1am and i'm bored so I put together a progression sheet from when I started to where I am now. sadly there are no leg shots and i'm using a camera phone because i'm to damn poor to afford something better.:bang: :bang: . total time i guess is about 7 months.

i'm not really going for the bulk thing but a slow lean gain because I dont think I could cut, I love food way to much...

UPDATED PICTURES ARE ON THE LAST PAGE

and halfway down page 2

thats good progress, you've managed to stay lean the whole time. You sure you didn't cut in between? . Where are the leg and back shots at man??!

edit: shave the chest, it is time ;)

Some good progress even though the quality is horrible! At least you stayed lean the entire time. Post up some leg, and back shots. Keep it up.

lol thanks bbb but a chest wax is overrated, plus it's a pain in the ass. It just keeps coming back and all that

Nah don't wax it man. Trim it with some clippers. But do it soon.

Lumiel
09-04-2007, 12:23 PM
Don't trim a thing. Chest waxing is ridiculous. Just embrace the way you look... and your progress looks great!

Lumiel

Oh you used clippers... not a shaver. Well that's not so bad.

Cards
09-18-2007, 12:34 PM
130 was starting weight - I'm about 157 right now - I'm lucky though I can shove as much food down my throat as much as I want and never gain fat, so I guess an ectomorph but it's ****ty when I want to be 175-180 =(

Herandi Haha, yeah yeah I'm a sell out what can I say

Lumiel I know man, I hear ya but, I haven't seen my chest without a massive amount of hair in sooo long.

It's nice to finally see what i've worked extremely hard for over the past 8-9 months, don't worry it's allllllll growing back and it's here to stay for a while. Ill be posting more pictures in 2 months or when I start to notice more changes, thanks for the support everyone!

Ha yeah, being short seems to help out alot though I would give anything to be be around 5'10". And for the chest hair I'm keeping it trimmed, girls love being able to see the abbs.

As for progress, I believe it is alittle over 10 months. Started January 07, really got into it by the end of Feb-Present. I've just been busting my ass and eatting like a mad man.

Chest waxing is a pain in the chest. If you're feeling pain in your ass as you wax your chest, you're doing something wrong. ;)

You are a hairy monster. The muppets have nothing on you.

That is SO much better. Much sexier. Besides which, now all your hard work is easy to see.

IMO - hairy chest are nasty. There is nothing worse than accidentally flossing your teeth with your bf's chest hair. Blech.

gravej: Up until the last week I did a two day split. Chest Shoulders Tri's. Back Bi's Legs. Something like

Monday:
Bench
Skulls
Dips
DB OH Press/Military Press
Then maybe an isolation for chest

Tuesday:
squat/deads
BB row/seated row
ghetto Tbar row
weighted chins/lat pulls
Throw in a few curlz

Guido, Chris Rodgers Thanks guys! The before pics I used were just some pics my ex took that i later turned into before pics. As for the sweater I keep it trimmed these days :evillaugh:

Nice work, bro. We're practically the same stats. What're you gonna bulk to? Let me guess...180? That's where I'd like to get to. As soon as I hit the 160's though I've had to back off twice cause everything starts turnin to fatty-McFaterson on me. Hopefully this is the time. Shoulders are lookin killer for sure. How're the wheels? Stomach looks great back in October. Too bad those abs can't always stick around right?

Cards
07-05-2008, 09:29 PM
Yeah man id love to be 180. thats been my major goal for the past year. My major problem is it's a slow process for my body to grow no matter how much i eat.

as for wheels i figured i posted one picture 6-8 months back so i took one tonight.

my left leg looks smaller but thats becuase i'm leaning over to take the picture from the right.

You've held onto your muscle really well while cutting. Great work.

Cards
10-03-2008, 09:25 AM
the dumbest part is im not trying to cut. I don't track my calories so these past few months with school and work ive been eatting 100-200 calories less each day. The difference in weight in those pictures is only 3lbs. The hard part is making my food. Over the summer it was really easy to cook 2 pieces of fish and a box of pasta. Now with school I find my self eatting out alot which I try to make as healthy as possible with subs and fruit salads and ****. In the end i'm still setting pr's and getting stronger so I guess that's all that matters.
