Thanks dude, but the idea is to get Breakfast suggestions that don't include anything I mentioned. Trying to get some variety and still meet my macronutrient reqs.

if you're tired of the same old ingriedients, why not use the ingreidients in a new way?

Grind a little oatmeal with egg whites, whey, and sweetner in a blender. Then cook like a pancake. Good stuff.

My morn'in chow:

1 large whole egg
1 slice non-fat cheddar cheese
3 slices turkey bacon
20g oatmeal
1 oz raisin
1 hash brown patty
1 large bagel
1 cup non-fat milk
.25 tbsp. canola oil (for cook'in eggs & browns)

Been eat'in this for months and have yet to grow tired of these fix'ins. If anything I'll add an egg and another cup of non-fat milk to the mix.

I prepare this meal (and eat some of it) while I'm mak'in food for the work-day. When this meal is finished, I have my other food prepped, in the cooler and on ice.

I primarily get the majority of my fat for the day in this meal as I eat pretty lean (fat % wise) naturally throughout the remainder of the day, so it works for my requirements.

My diet is set-up so I consume 2/3 of my calories before 1700 keeping my evening meals full of protein, fat and a bit of carbs.

Keeps my midsection flat and tight and still allows me to enjoy the majority of the foods (although not in the quantities) I enjoy.

bagel with cr cheese, 4 egg whites, 2 scoop whey, 2 cups milk, banana. I carry some almonds and munch on them while on train on way to work.
