Hello. I searched a bit, but didn't find what I was looking for.
I have my workouts fine and I've been doing them solidly for a year, but I am not gaining weight because I've neglected nutrition like all noobs who have to learn the hard way.
I'm trying to learn to count calories, but I don't know if fitday.com is simple enough. I mostly eat the same stuff all the time, but my two questions are these:
1) How do you find out how many calories are in a sandwich from any restaurant?
2) How do you find out the carb/protein/fat ratios in these as well?
Counting calories will not be an issue, but I can't hit the target if I'm blindfolded. How do you do it?
Thanks.
