IMO, the best workout for women would consist of this:
some light warm up to get the blood flowing
(otherwise known as foreplay)
then you would proceed to:
1a-missionary 50 thrusts
1b-froggy 50 thrusts
-that gives nice lubrication
2-(in a nice, fluent motion) flip legs over 180 degrees and engage in doggystyle for 100 thrusts.
3-cowgurl 10min med pace
4-cowgirl 10min fast pace
5-reverse cowgirl 10 min cooldown
6-facial (this is the crutial part, for those of you ladies interested with nutrition, a post-workout source of tasty protein and vitamins is fantastic for that nice, slim figure you are looking for)
(or for those of you who cant read)

Again, do what you'd do for a man with the same goals.
I'm doing a gradual cut right now and take in 2000-2200 cals per day and aim for anything between 40/30/30 and 40/40/20 for macro breakdown. I'm losing about 0.5 lb per week while still keeping up my strength gains and having enough energy to play hockey.

We're just women, not a different species ;)
I did a 500 cal cutback below maintenance cals and eat exactly like Icer--between 40/40/20 and 40/30/30. No cardio, lifting three times a week.
Best of luck.
