I'm finding it really hard to find PLers or a PL gym in LA (Westwood area). Any advice how to find them?

Dude, totally! That'd be cool. I found the gym on the PLWatch site that bigmoney put up, so hopefully it's a PL gym (not just a fitness one).

Where in LA are you from Doug? I go back to school (UCLA) at late Sept, so I'll email him then. :thumbup:

I am in the OC, but he is such a respected PLer I have always been tempted to drive up there and have him help improve my form.

I would think Mendy would allow powerlifting at that gym... considering his own credentials :).

i live in valencia, i dont think there are any powerlifting type gyms in westwood, lol.. one that i do know of is chatsworth's gym, powerhouse, maybe we should train together one day if you have the time IZich
