My gym doesnt have equipment that measures BF so any estimates would be helpful.

20+??

I dunno, why do you even want to know?
It confuses me when people have been on this site for 4 years like yourself and arent in any sort of shape, whereas people who have only been lifting for a year or so, are in much better shape, what have you been doing for 4 years man?

EDIT: didnt mean that to be as bitchy as it sounds.

Yeah, I think it's time for a cut. 20+ or so screams cut.

But the past years i put it back on now. Now for some reason im completely dedicated to it. and i plan to get into shape as god is my witness.

Just find a good routine(Ripetoe's strength routine might be the ticket), start eating good healthy foods packed with protein, healthy fats, good carbs, and lift hard and heavy. Try to get atleast 1g protein per lbm and .5 fat per lbm and start tracking your cal intake to find a reasonable maintenance calorie level and decrease it slightly. Dedication and consistency and you'll be good to go!

5'6. Rep tracking my maintaianance as we speak. I dont think i did it properly last time. So one week im going to track honestly. Ive read all the articles by built and everything in the diet and nutrition section. And mcvein no problem man. Even im thinking if i didnt just join in 2004. And not log in till now and actually kept up to date i would be huge. But SMH at me. So are in agreement that it appears to be at 22%.
