I DONT use supplements. My diet is not very good, so i could probably lean out a little bit more ( the lightning in the room is perfect :P and i look leaner). I just eat frequently...
I have a pretty good full squat for my weight, my bench is pretty crap ( bad levers, short muscle bellies), and my max chin up is pretty good too.
I NEVER use isolation exercises.
Just back squats, olympic front squats, bench press, weighted chin up.
I used to incorporate olympic lifts too, but i have problems nailing the technique down, so i cut them off, so i can focus on my relative strength with basic stuff and keep cns resources for track work.
On december i will compete at the national champs for the indoor track (60m). So i do track work too. I've recently pulled my hammie (grade 2), so i was out for a month! Crap.
