View Full Version : complete newbie here-any advice wanted

hey guys- ok first off i will start off with a little background info here. im a freshman in college. i came here to play football but decided i didnt want to do it anymore becuase i need a job and more free time.

but i still want to work out and keep fit. what im going for mainly is a cut, i weigh about 210 now at probably 18% bf. maybe more, sorry i cant get more official measurements as i said before i am in college. what i mostly need help with is maybe some sample workouts for 3-4 workout days per week. I'm also trying to get myself off of the football diet where i ate and didnt care about portions. i know how important diet is when it comes to cutting. basically i want to know if i can actually get some noticeable results without completely emptying my pockets on testing equipment and protein, etc...

anyway i just need some help getting started. thanks guys.

no i dont..i just hear about people losing too much weight too fast or vise versa and getting them

You don't get 'em from losing weight - you get 'em from GAINING weight. Losing - well, you get loose skin.

ohhh ok ok good deal..well im referring to my core mostly. and i mean im not fat really. im just looking to tone core way more. i need a really strenuous work out for something like that. i can work out 4 times a week for however long is needed.
