To now... 3 months later: Im about 5'11 - 6' at 170 lbs.

What are your opinions? What good? Whats bad? Any thing you guys can tell me will be helpful. I am trying to bulk up muscle mass mainly now.

what areas do i need work on, wwhat are my highlights? im thinking i need to work the shoulders most, especially rear delts. what r your opinions?

Take it from one polish person to another and -
SLOW DOWN

We have Nordic genes and if you don't watch it you're gonna end up gaining a lot of fat.

For now, not bad keep lifting and work them legs.

It means that if you don't bulk slowly you're gonna get fat.

Nordic genes means you have a tendency to gain fat easly.
