Hey, my district is getting 2 LaCrosse teams this year and me and my friends are going to be trying out and I was wondering if anyone here has some tips or knows what kind of excercises will help us get better by tryouts

get your endurance up mostly. Squat/deadlift/bench/overhead press/pullups/rows

Posted this awhile ago but its finally coming up
We are having open practices starting next week, tryouts are first week of March.

I've been squatting and deadlifting more than anything else for more overall power but is there any tips people would like to share with me?
