hi guys i am new to this site, i have worked out before when i was about 16 but i really really really let myself go
i have started going the gym again and decided i have to sort myself out.
basically i am just after some advice from the photos (below), u can see how bad i got.
i have quite a decent program to follow and when i stick to a diet i tend to lose weight quickly i am currently 256 (i need to lay of the beer), i was suprised to find i still have quite a lot of strength especially in my shoulders. my goals are to lose the flab and start toning
