Today: half pork tenderloing, 4 scoops whey, two chicken breasts, 4 slices of toast with butter. 5-10grams of fish oil. One organic fruit bar. glass of real lemonade with no sugar. 270 grams protein, 100 carbs, I don't know how many fats. Sometimes I'll replace the pork tenderloing or chicken with a couple pounds of 93/7 sirloin when it's on sale. Just to mix things up. And I have a lot of tuna too. Usually instead of pork tenderloing I have the tuna.

My diet isn't as healthy as Built's, but I have a very limited budget, and it works for me. IT's clean, for the most part. And it satisfies my macro's for each day. Mine is a diet for carnivores. Steak, chicken, pork, tuna, cheese, butter. No milk, though. I'm not big on having sugar in my diet. However, I do get a lot of sugar from the organic fruit bars. Probably 20 grams or so with 7 grams of fiber.
