great pulling. Those 25's make for a serious long ROM.

Awesome pulling Chris deads with 25's is killer and that band tension looked fun.

Very impressive.

Just curious, but since the other thread you said youd never be caught dead on fitday, do you ever gain or lose any weight?

Thanks a lot everyone. You know I love experimenting with weird versions of lifts. This one was hard as hell, but fun to try.

I've been maintaining my bodyweight mostly between 165-168(depending on the time of day) for months now. In February I did a meet at 148, so I had to drop weight for that. Pretty much since then I have been this weight though. I don't track calories, but for the most part I eat the same things every day.

Phenomenal pulling Chris!

Do you find that deadlifting with the 25s helps your speed off the floor?

Thanks a lot everyone.

BJ- that is the first time I ever did those. I have always had good speed off the floor, but I assume pulling this way would make normal deadlifts feel much easier off the floor. They are fun to try.
