Been lifting for eight months now using WBB routines. Overall I have noticed a difference in fat and muscle gains. My diet hasn't been the cleanest, no fast food by any means but nothing overally healthy. I have been taking creatine and protein. First four shots are maybe 1 month into lifting. THe man boobs are killer still though.. Please give me some critiques.
First set of pics at around 170lbs second coming in at just under 200lbs

Con-
Weight gain was steady. The first 15 came quick then, then progressed slowly. I have quit drinking also to help improve. For gyno, I have never been diagnosed for it. Also I have had big strength increases, but am now starting to take it more seriously by journaling everything.

Yeah time for a cut, want to get down to 180. I dont understand cuts very well, and dont really have enough time to construct a hardcore cutting diet. I work around 70 hours a week, so its hard to make meals. Any tips would be great!

Bring cans of tuna and a whey protein jug with you everywhere you go. I carry my whey into my classes when they're three hours long and make protein shakes.....
