I brought a skipping rope to improve my legs speed... ive never run so i thought it would be good (always swim)

I was jumping up and down lalala but it feels like my head is going to full off!
Is it because of my neck muscles? if so how do i make it stop :O

Haha you'll get used to it. Find a rythem and remember to keep a steady breath.
Also make sure you're keeping your hops small, just over the rope.
