Pretty much been on a slow clean bulk since the end of last football season. So roughly 8 months. Sadly I have no comparison pictures from before. At the beginning I was 152 at the end I was 184. More around 180 now, since ive lost a little weight in football.

Any thoughts, critisism, or advice is more then welcome. :)

I was expecting you have to skinny legs but was very surprised.

Nice body, you could do with some extra weight imo, but then again your pretty lean, i can see some abs and definition in your back :)

The slow bulk definetly isnt over, just trying to maintain through football then pick up the weight gaining hard again after.

Although im still in the "need to work on everything mindset" any criticism on what could use a little extra work or is lacking is welcome.

im not sure cos you didnt do a lat spread but lats and your arms seem to lack, strong point is legs and traps look alright... good work though so far man, keep it up

u can bench more then me yet my chest is a lot bigger! hmmm and i carry maybe a slight bit of fat more...

is your 410 squat parallel? no offense, I'm just surprised that you can squat that much, especially since your legs aren't "OMG HUEG" or anything.

Hypertrophy and strength arent directly correlated. Those factors can be affected by different things: style of training, genetics, etc.

I squat under 200 pound for 5 reps, with good form, and I have bigger legs than some grown men.

EDIT: Shmitty - Looking good overall.

that's true, it's just that squat is one of those lifts where a lot of people don't use a full ROM, so I'm just curious.

Yeah it's parallel. Definetly couldnt do quite that much on a full squat. Squats always been my best lift by far.
