Me and my friend didnt feel like going to our usual lunch spot today and wasting money so we threw together something unbelievable and GREAT for bulking, cutters well unless you ate 2 ounces its no good, haha.

Its velvetta mac and cheese with ground beef and BACON!

2 boxes of velvetta, put in boiling water until its good however you like it

brown up 1 pound of lean beef, i seasoned it with salt/pepper/garlic powder.

cook 1/2 lb bacon in the beef grease :D

once the mac is done put in the cheese and mix, put in the beef and mix, and cut up the bacon, mix that too.

GOOD LORD! amazing, full of calories, fats, protien, and makes your blood pressure go up 50 points!

indeed it was good, its sad we split that much between the 2 of us, but i couldnt finish my last spoonfulls, one of those meals that sits

Sweet, I know what I'm having for dinner. Then I'll finish it off with my famous heart stopper shake ;).

Yip the waistline will certainly grow most definatly on that meal

Damaged fats left right and centre, heavily processed cheese and simple sugars.

Not the best choice for good gains, but to each their own

its a freakin recipe for a good snack or cheat food dude, lol, i eat crap all the time and im still 110/70 blood pressure and pretty strong

Impressive stats i must say, are you a powerlifter by any chance? Id love to see a youtube vid of those RAW lifts :)

very impressive lift mate. My understanding of raw from a powerlifting standpoint is that its done without a suit. Still excellent form and very impressive lifting none the less :)

Stump - I'm so proud of you! That sounds really good. As we all know, anything with bacon is good.

I wonder if you'd get the same crap I do if you were over 300lbs? Hurry up and get here so I can find out. Keep eating, big dog. Just keep the Defibrilator near.

haha thanks rhodes! dude i want to come train so bad but its impossible unless i take a friday night off, i usually dont want to because its the busiest night and i make most of my tips then.

but...powerlifting is more important.
