I am just wondering, can I eat about the same amount of fat that I do now, and do Cardio and then loose of fat-weight and keep gaining muscle weight?

Thanks.

Peoples ideas differ, but I would say if your diet is right on 100%, its do'able..

I find that if you wanna lean out, high protein, medium carbs and low fat has worked excellent for me. And the fat that you take in should be the essential fats.

That is generally a good guideline to follow, but I know some people on this board would argue that its impossible to do both at the same time..

You can't gain muscle and lose fat at the same time unless your diet and training is perfect. And even then, it will be a very very very slow process.

You can if you have the genetics. Everyone is different. Sucks for the people with bad genetics. I'm cutting on a high protein, medium carb, low fat diet and cardio 4-5 times a week, 30 min each, except for my Saturday cardio which is 60 min in the morning, before breakfast.

You can but you must keep the cardio on the low side. The key would be a very consistant caloric intake. So that the short cardio sessions you do allow you to burn bodyfat, and not the few hundred extra calories you ate yesterday.
