So I started my workout today in my backyard which is unusual because I regularly workout at a gym, but anyway so I go to do some PHC as my first exercise and to my surprise I couldn't go past 165 without dropping the bar I know that I can do 175 for three reps on phc so why couldn't I do 165 today? I felt as if I had no explosion is this possible?

whats PHC?

second, if your referring to no bar speed, then speed work is your friend.

Energy, lack of rest.... I usually find the bar is the main difference in these cases.
