This is a recipes from stumps momma that is unfreakin real if you are a fan of pork.
We use boneless thick cut pork chops, 4 for example.
Preperation
butterfly the pork, and make the stuffing
artichokes, cubed sharp provalone, breadcrumbs
mix that up, i dont know how much.
stuff the pork chops and close them
rub the pork with fresh herbs/seasoning and olive oil
cook in the oven on 375 for 30 minutes

sorry to be so vague i usually just eat them all this time i watch, looks to be just italian seasonings from the container, and maybe some oregano, salt, pepper.

man that sounds freakin' good. I am not a fan of pork chops really, but that sounds good. I will have to try that.

How much did the artichokes affect the flavour?
I don't generally enjoy them, I guess it would work better with just a bit.

Heck i dont eat pork and that tempted me. Trust the Italians to make everything scrumptuous ;)
