Great coach. I just bought his e book and there is some great stuff in there. The biggest reason I like him is because he is not afraid to admit when he makes a mistake. Most coaches out there never let on to the mistakes they've made in their career. You gotta learn to eat a big ass piece of humble pie in this industry.

Everybody makes mistakes.

So would pushing the sled be considered a Dynamic Exercise (D.E.) as opposed to a Maximal Exercise?
Can anyone, please, help me understand the difference and what exercises classify as one or the other, or execution exercises? I have a feeling this is very simple and I'm just not understanding what I've read online.

Sled pulling and pushing would be neither - it would be building your GPP ("general physical preparednes" - a fancy way of saying get in shape).
