I had a massive plate of pasta with meat sauce, a box of KD, and 3 cups of milk. I feel satisfied but not close to full.

I just ate like 1500 calories of solid food.

Thats nothing cupcake. I've gotten 20 items from the dollar menu once and finished them in 45 minutes.

Try eating like that every meal and see how that goes. ANYONE can do that once in a while. My 130lb girlfriend can eat me under the table (there's other things she'll do under the table as well) when we go out to eat. She can't do it every meal.

What's your goal. And don't tell me a clean bulk, cuz that's gay. What's your goal and how do you plan on getting there?

BTW - 1500 calories is one sitting is child's play, little man.

Lol gay...
I basically want to gain weight. My chest and arms are lagging the most of my lagging body.

I took on a PL style routine and hoping to total 1000 by this time next year (im at about 710-720, I have a long way to go)

Don't eat like crap, but eat! Try to eat like you did today at least 2-3 times per day plus snacks and shakes in between. Make sure you do some sort of conditioning (cardio) 3-5x per week. Light walking, ride the bike. Something that will help you keep some fat off while gaining weight. You're gonna gain fat, but try to keep it to a minimum.

i think it is the top layer of cheese that makes it look gross...switch the layers of cheese and it would look a little more appetizing...i still think it looks great either way though just playing devils advocate

most likely youre still feeling hungry due to the massive insulin spike you caused with the three cups of milk and if your pasta isnt wholemeal as well

Same thing happens when you drink a can of coke

I agree. Actually I never buy the packaged kind, but the deli was closed because I got groceries late last time.

Dude, if you think those burgers look gross, processed cheese or not, you'll NEVER gain any weight. That picture made me change my lunch choice. I hope they were hamburgers, not turkey burgers.

Gross? Blasphemy! Remember what I said about being gay? Well, that comment was gay. Here's my simple little plan to eating. Look at the size of a bull's neck. Look at the size of a chicken's neck. Eat more bull.

That cant be right.

1) I had whole wheat pasta
2) Meat sauce has a lot of fat thus slowing down digestion a lot
3) KD has fat as well
4) I had the milk after everything.

Plus not everybody gets hungry again after an insulin spike. I drink lots of milk and never have such a spike followed by hunger. When I eat a candy bar I don't get hungier either. Though I have had that "eat rice, hungry a bit later" thing. Certainly not WHILE I am eating.

It was good, I knew rhodehouse would approve;)

I've eaten so much beef in the last week I need a break. Once I eat a big package I'll switch to something else for a while.

Damn right, brother. Beef - it's what's for dinner. Try this tasty little number with beef or turkey. Cook up the beef in a pan with A1 sauce. Then cook pasta (elbows) and mix in butter and a whole buttload of Parmasan cheese. Then, mix it all together and melt some more cheese (sharp cheddar) over it. So good. F@#$ the Iron Chef!

If I eat carbohydrates I get hungry like a mother ****er about one hour later. It's the easiest way for me to get in calories, besides nut-based products.

Rhodehouse: Would your recipe work with whole wheat noodles, 93/7 beef, and natural cheese?

RhodeHouse

Absolutely dude. I was out of gravy, taco mix, and tomato sauce and there was no way I was going to the store. That's how I put it together. And, I actually used Smart Balance Light, not butter. It just tastes like butter.
