View Full Version : Is it time to bulk?

so here is my current physique, I think its pretty good but I would
like some more muscle on my frame.

I have been cutting for some time (included is a older photo from some years ago) As you can see I have added some mass but I think it would be easier for me to be "ripped" if I had some more mass, and then cut back down.

My plan is to do a clean bulk, and eat healthy and a small excess, something like 2800-3200 cals.

My question is: am I at a good BF% to bulk? or should I cut some more.

I think you look lean, not shredded. Its what you hold as more important.

looking good bud. Bulk man. How much effort are you willing to put into your bulk? Are you willing to find out exactly how many calories you need to bulk, and track everything you eat? Or are you just going to eat eat eat, and lift lift lift. Both work.

I'm goning to track perfectly, starting in 7 days, I go on vacation to my Grandma's and she cooks good.
