So i decided to start a log because i thought it might be cool to look back on. I started weight lifting in july and have been at it ever since. I started at 164, now im up to 173.5 on creatine.

I am a mechanical engineering student at binghamton university.

173.5 lbs
body fat unknown

Bench 165max
Squat 150x5

Currently Performing a clean bulk untill nov. 1st 2007.

tues: Chest,bi's
thurs: Chest,back
sat: Legs,Shoulders,tris'

Ill start out with a picture before i started and a recent picture.

Felt like i was catching a cold thilast night so i went out and bought some extra vitamin c and some echinacea.

While i was at the store i decided to grab some omega 3 fish oil just to up my well being.

Today was a leg and chest day.

I had to use the smith machine for squats and bench. yuck.

I decided im going to just put my major work outs of my routine on here because i already got a journal with all the machines and lifts i do on that particular day.

Bench 135lbs 5x5
DB bench 60lbs 5x5

And i guess ill try again. "Can someone give me a bf% estimate?"

Added new Picture. I had phenomonia late oct. and basically dropped 15 pounds from most of my lifts. And lost 9-10 pounds. It sucked pretty badly. Im a little further then right before i got sick. Hopefully the gains keep coming.

Engineering has taken over my life. Thank god for weight lifting or i would have no place to get rid of my stress.

For the summer i stepped it up and went to a 5 day split.
Attached are two pics taken 8/29/08.

I am now back in school and am forced to go back to a 3 day split.
I am also taking a wellness class in which i will be performing some circuit training.

current weight: 188ish

I am cutting for 12 weeks on Animal Cuts.

Here is my fitday.

I've been doing a very good job logging everything I eat, so i believe its dead on.

I basically am carb cycling. Having 3 low 2 mod and 2 high carb days.

What does everything think? Any cutting tips? Thanks guys.

The cut went pretty swell. (Avg. 2000 cal/day, with carb cycling)

I dropped about 13-15 pounds and only lost a litttttttle strength.

I am just starting up a clean bulk. (3500-4000 cal)/day
