Hey guys,
Before i get ANY babying such as im an idiot, i need rest, blah blah, I KNOW, but i went ahead and worked my legs anyways because i feel fatter and less confident with just benching, the leg feels fine after i strech and get going, until about 5 hours later, going back to the doctors anyways. JUST COMMENT THE SQUAT PLEASE! i know you all love me (yeah right) but i understand my problem.
Thanks cuties.
This set is my last, 275 lbs on rack squat 1 inch below parallel, 210 of chains and doubled minis which are probably 100lbs at the top. no belt/wraps
This exercise is brutal and i could of did alot more.

Nice job man. I love how the pins on the rack are bent. Probably from your stupid 1000lb rack pull ;)
nice work as always, stump.

Bro, you should really baby that hamstring! ;)
Sucka!
Awesome work, looked brutal at the top. You're definitely going to make some waves when you get healthy again.
Got some awesome lower back, core, squat strength.

Freaky strong Stump, but I think you could have picked about 150 different squatting movements that would have been a better alternative with a bum hammy.

Good to hear.
It's just funny that you go from a workout doing full squats with 95 lbs, to some gangsta rack squat with bands and chains. Why not just work the full squats up real slow?
