View Full Version : After a Small bulk and Cut

Started Bulking back in spring. Started Cutting about 10 weeks ago. Got up to 219 then cut back to 195. Irritating cause I still cant get the abs to pop out. Maybe if I cut back to 185 and do millions of situps....

lol dont do millions of sit ups, train your abs like anyother muscle, heavy weighted abs twice a week and lower BF and they will come.

How often do you train abs? And did you train them while you were on your bulk? That's the most important time to.

It's kind of hard to tell because the pictures are different scales and the first one is stretched, but I don't notice a difference between the two sets of pics - certainly not 20lbs.

How exactly did you cut?

I agree with Sanchez its hard to tell between the two pics. I also dont see 20lbs being cut.

Well I didnt mean to say most important time. It's just that a lot of people stop training abs while on a bulk for some reason(maybe laziness). But yes of course its important to train them during a cut
