db flat bench 20's- 1 set- 30 reps
weighted ab crunches 25 plate- 3 sets- 10 reps

diet:

1 serving oatmeal, 1 yogurt
2 mcchicken sandwiches
chicken breast, mashed potatoes, veggies
peanut butter sandwich
