1. are they good for breakfast
2. what would you compare most shake consistencies to
3. can you make them ahead of time, en masse
4. taste good? :)

that's it, I'm looking for a solid occasional breakfast option when I wake up late for class

1.They are good to SUPPLEMENT your breakfast. Not to be your breakfast.
2.It doesnt really matter.. I do 2 scoop per cup of milk.
3.You can, but I woulndt really recomend it.
4. Optimum Nutrition and AtLarge Nutrition both sell great tasting proteins!

1) If you put enought stuff in them, yes. Think banana + oats + milk + protein powder

2) Anywhere from watery chocolate milk to a thick milkshake.

3) Yep, just refridgerate. Personally, I don't see the point, but if it makes your life easier go for it.

4) Protein powder + water depends mostly on the brand. I can vouch for Nitrean being very delicious, especially strawberry. If you're adding tons of stuff to them, then of course they're tasty!
