i started out at 200 lbs. after seeing this pic i decided i needed to lose weight as my friends began to rub my "buddha belly" (summer 06)

i cut down calories and started lifting. did wbb 1, bgb, and then my own full body routine. i got down to about 160 lbs. i enjoyed getting leaner, however, i quickly realized i was a stick since before i was basically all fat with no muscle. (summer 07)

i bulked until now and i'm currently about 180-185. this is the middle of my bulk, but i feel bigger so i wanted to post pics. i know i need a lot of work on everything, and i'm going to continue until i'm about 200 again. my goal by end of this year is a 275 bench, 365 squat and deadlift. comments and critiques welcome.
