Would you call me skinny/scrawny/average...etc Also just by looking what muscle(s) needs most work or which takes priority over the others.

you're quite skinny. don't worry about bringing up lagging body parts yet, just do heavy compound movements for your lower and upper body and eat a lot.

Skinny I'd say.... Have you been lifting or are you just starting? Eat a lot and lift a lot and you'll see gains bro.

Lift and eat and you'll grow fast. Don't waste the newbie gains! You can eat a LOT right now and not gain much fat. Take advantage of it and we'll see you soon! GOOD LUCK.

Yea im new to body building but i think its going to be my biggest hobby now.
I really would like to see some great gains in short amounts of time (but who doesnt).Right now im in college/have a GF/work all the time and have no time to sit down and eat right...any suggestions on fast on the go food that is good at puttin on those calories and also direct me towards a good newbie workout with a bench/body weight exercises (no access to a full gym right now) What supplements are good to add in a diet that will pack the biggest punch?

I'm definitely familiar with the hardgainer term and thats what i am an ectomorph. Plus i eat alot now and am trying to cram more and more in but not gettin very far with weight gains.

You have an excellent lean body. With the right routine and diet you should get some great results.

nuts, milk, protein shakes and more nuts are great for quick meals that are very calorie dense. Olive oil is great, put it on everything and put tablespoons of it in ur shakes.

Sorry to break it to you, but you really don't eat a lot.

Its alot easier to drink calories then eat them... so that said if you're in a hurry alot buy a blender and make alot of shakes. Tuna is really quick too and you can prepare alot of it at once and keep it in the fridge. If you have the tuna mixed with mayo or w.e ahead of time you can make a tuna melt in about 2 minutes that tastes amazing. IF you're eating out alot order the biggest steak or chicken meal they have, see if you can get rice or potatoe on the side... protein bars are ok but they have alot of sugar and saturated fat, which in your case you don't need to worry to much about, you can get them cheap at costco. Eat everything man you're skinny... bigmacs baconators whoppers.. all the good stuff haha

havent been very dedicated I lifted hard and drank those freakish bako shakes for about 3 weeks but then i ran into some family problems and couldnt eat or sleep right but now im back on track....I have added a few pounds but nothing major and i think mostly they are just from the creatine. I am ready to get serious now though. Let the games begin :evillaugh:
These pics mean nothing they are just to look at...trust me i know i havent gained much.

Drink a gallon of milk a day.
Your photos will look much different in 3 months.

Your very skinny, but lean. I was unfortunate to be skinny and fat.
Ive been here for 1.5 years and can say I have made a lot of improvement. Read and listen to these folks and youll do great (and probably do better than I did considering your starting position).
Since the after pic ive been cutting down (losing fat). I can finally say im happy with the way I look (but I can always improve!).

Thats how I used to look.. well I was actually skinnier. Im still tiny at 147. I feel huge compared to where I was, but compared to what I want to be I still have a long ways to go. Lift heavy and eat lots are the 2 biggest things.

i'm skinny. you're scrawny. eat and do you're main big 3 lifts squat dead and bench. you'll probably gain a lot of strength as you put on weight and being that you just started

The good thing is you have low body fat so when you put on muscle it will be very noticeable.

about to start doing the bgb workout...have been doing my own thing (a modified version of bfs). And i think im going to switch over from creatine to RESULTS....is the money difference worth it though?

If I was you I would do Rippetoes Novice routine and eat like a freak. You would see crazy results after only a few months. I wouldn't worry too much about creatine. Buy RESULTS if you can afford it...if not I wouldn't worry too much...you'll be hitting PR's every workout for sure.
