I impressed myself today. Westside has been great to me...

Today was ME squat and I pushed a full 10 pounds more than my 1RM (which is now 235 below parallel). It came up quick and my buddy told me that it just went right up without slowing down meaning I had more in me.

I than did some deadlifts and felt ambitious... I FINALLY pulled 315... half assed it may have been but it wasnt horrible.

My total went up 20 pounds in one day. Im feeling good

Yeh this program is changing me. My spotter was impressed with my gains considering he saw me BARELY get 225 parallel and now got 235 below parallel with no decreasing acceleration as I come up.

Keep up the good work! The principles which form the Westside program are excellent!

The ratio is more like 3>1 **** to good

but awesome effort regardless!
